The last month has seen coastathletes spread all around the place!
Rob Ellis has taken up his place at University in Sheffield which will put some ‘steel’ in his legs!
Calvin Bradley has made his debut at the half marathon in the New Forest and turned in a creditable 1h54 on a lumpy course – well done Calvin.
John Solomon has rounded off a great debut triathlon season with a fourth Olympic distance triathlon. But, John definitley has the bug because he has decided he’s got one more in him and is going to Miami at the end of October to race IM 70.3.
Chris O’Brien has put his mid season back problems behind him and turned in a solid 36m09 at the Hoburne 5mlier last weekend. Well done Chris – looking good for the Great South Run.
And I am looking forward to getting back into training with Mariska Pegram later this month too.
