Wow, coastathlete Calvin Bradley has once again smashed his 5k PB.
Starting the year with a best for the distance of 23m39s Calvin has twice bettered the mark and at the Poole Runners Winter 5k Series event on 28th November he took it down to 20m10s. Fantastic, and that sub 20minute run is just around the corner.
Suitably inspired, I hear Calvin has put in some serious race entries for the 2012 triathlon season!
