Once upon a time, quite a long time ago it was fashionable to ride 650c wheels in triathlon. Even really tall triathletes seemed to be on bikes with small wheels. I did it mainly because the wheel size meant I could ride a frame more suited to my size.
After years on my trustee Principia I decided it was time to get ‘grown up’ wheels and a new bike with 700c wheels.
